Food preservation


I'm starting to plan out my home canning schedule and wanted to share this site with you:

It literally has hundreds of tutorials on how to can, freeze, dry, pickle, and preserve anything. Plus, it's a really neat site just to browse. I found lots of interesting recipes like watermelon jelly and mango salsa! Even if you think canning is too difficult, go ahead and give it a looksee,
